Our website will be down overnight from 9PM Monday 24th February.
This is to facilitate physically moving our server to new datacentre, and we are planning to resume normal services the next morning (Tuesday 25th).
No placed orders will be affected and warehouse operations should be unaffected.

Payment with Order
Payment is now made in full for both goods and shipping as your order is placed. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Orders will be picked, processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Near immediate payment methods such as card payment or Paypal will result in the fastest processing times. Please note that overseas customers should continue to use BACS/Bank Payment as we are unable to fully verify international credit/debit cards.
The new system will usually eliminate the need for communication and response. Card payment and Paypal payments are usually cleared within an hour of the order being placed, meaning that your order can be processed and shipped in a more timely fashion.
Our Easter dates are as follows:

In short we closed for the two UK bank holidays, open on Sunday as usual and we will be operating as usual from Tuesday onwards.
The last of snow has melted and we are expecting deliveries to return to normal after the recent disruption due to bad weather. If your order has been delayed, then you should see delivery in the next few days as our couriers catch up.

Due to the current adverse weather conditions, we have had no courier collections for several days. Whilst we are able to pick and process orders, we cannot ship them.

Order Payments - The Changes
From April 1st 2018, we will be taking payment for goods and shipping as your order is placed. Changing to a prepaid system means that order processing is simpler, faster and easier.
Shipping charges will be based upon the value of your order. Tarrifs and examples are shown on both domestic and worldwide delivery pages. Changing to prepaid shipping offers our customers the following benefits:
You asked for an easy to use download option, so that you can view our product list offline. Our Tradelist export page lets you do just that! With a simple click our current product list is exported to a Microsoft Excel friendly CSV file. We have also a ready programmed spreadsheet available that lets you download or refresh products at the push of a button with no need to use your browser.

We have revamped our site to work with tablets and mobiles. We have also moved to a new faster server to cope with increasing volumes. However, the new site works in the same way, just faster!
