Our Shipping Charges - The Changes
From April 1st 2018, we will be taking payment for goods and shipping as your order is placed. Shipping charges will be based upon the value of order.. Tarrifs and examples are shown on both domestic and worldwide delivery pages. Changing to prepaid shipping offers our customers the following benefits:

  • Orders despatched earlier
  • Upfront delivery costs
  • Simpler ordering process

Our prices reflect the actual cost of shipping ordered goods and overseas tarrifs may vary depending upon availability of couriers. If you require a quote for a bulk order of specific products, then please contact us for a quote.

Order Amendments to Processed Orders
Once an order is processed, any changes will incur an administration charge of £25 per amended product line or 20% of total order value. Chargeable changes include reducing order items and/or amending quantities required.

This cost is to cover amending invoices and relevant payments as well as returning physical stock to warehouse locations and updating our stock figures.

Customs duties and Taxes (VAT)
No UK VAT is charged for overseas deliveries. Please be aware that overseas orders will incur customs duty and Tax (EU VAT) charges and require further documentation. It is the customer's responsibility to pay administration costs, import duties and tax such as EU VAT where applicable. Import rules vary by country and you should check your national site for further information.

Brexit Changes
In line with the Brexit agreement, there is no UK VAT charged on invoices for any EU countries. Zero tariff rates apply to goods made in the UK and EU. We bring a large range of products to our customers that are manufactured worldwide. Therefore, duty/tax charges may apply upon arrival by your local authorities depending on tariff rules used by World Trade Organisation. Please check with your local authorities or governing bodies about the charges before you place an order with us. You are responsible for liaising and paying your own duty and taxes.

Please note that a minimum order value of £200 is required for all orders shipped to EU countries.

Customers in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man
You may require an EORI number which can be obtained using your VAT registration or company reg number as a limited company or your NI number as a sole trader. You may need to provide this information in order to receive mainland UK deliveries. You can sign up for Trader Support Service to get further information and guidance.

We would like to urge all our customers across Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man to check their national authorities websites for the new regulations and register for relevant services. Please make sure you are locally compliant and ready to receive the goods without any delays or issues.

Transit Times
Our transit times are typical and offered as a guideline only. Your delivery can also be subject to customs delays, please check your local government pages for more customs information.

Middle Eastern Countries
We cannot accept orders for delivery to many middle eastern countries. We suggest that you arrange your own shipping including all shipping documents and use your own forwarding agents to collect goods from our warehouse.

* Restricted Goods
Where noted above certain countries have restrictions on the types of goods we can despatch. Typically, goods such as perfumes are excluded outside Europe. If you wish to confirm that we can deliver a specific product to your country, then please contact us before placing your order. You may organise your own shipping in order to buy these restricted products, simply use your forwarding agents details for the delivery address or arrange to have your order collected in a timely manner by your agent. Where an order contains restricted goods, we will remove these products from your order and refund where applicable.

Damaged Goods
All parcels leave our warehouse in pristine condition. In the rare case that a box arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged, photograph the box while the delivery driver is there and forward the photos to us via email as soon as possible.

Please note that our delivery prices are based on typical purchases and delivery charges are subject to postal code and address supplied. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges for specific orders. For example, some bulky items, such as gift sets may incur extra shipping costs after your order is placed. Where delivery charges are amended, we will always contact the customer before shipping goods.

All Overseas orders MUST be paid by Bank Transfer!
